Production Supervisor Opportunity

Glen Callum Associates is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join their in-house assembly department in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 and overseeing the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality products
  • Ensure adequate materials and resources are available for production
  • Streamline the production process to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare reports on performance and progress for senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Production Leader, Production Supervisor, or Assistant Production Manager role
  • Knowledge of battery manufacturing is highly desirable, but knowledge of electronics production/assembly is ideal

Package: Circa £32k + bonus

Work Arrangements: Site based in Bristol, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
