About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal times and provide hydration and nutrition as needed
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the care team

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. You'll also need to be able to work as part of a team and be flexible in your approach.
