About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide 24-hour care and support to young people
  • Provide personal care, administer medication, and promote a positive parenting role model
  • Ensure professional boundaries are maintained and work to National Care Standards
Requirements
  • 6 months of prior experience in a residential setting with young people aged below 16 years
  • Flexibility in the roles undertaken
  • Strong communication skills
  • Registration under the PVG scheme
  • Full driving license
  • Obtained or working towards SVQ level 3 and SVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care
