Job Summary

We're seeking a Programme Manager to support the growth of our business in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience leading programme management and a desire to develop their skills further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Programme Manager or Commission Lead on various tasks, including managing client relationships and related commission outputs and deliverables.
  • Manage efficient data collection and benchmarking.
  • Operate effective processes and systems throughout the programme.
  • Manage the interface with the client and other consultants at all programme stages.
  • Capture client and commission requirements and report on progress.
  • Support the set up, delivery, and close-out activities of programmes in accordance with the role's requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report such opportunities to the appropriate line manager.
  • Support the production of tender bid documents.
  • Identify ways to improve programme management products and services.
  • Understand and identify cross-divisional opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree educated in a construction, real estate, or facility management-related field.
  • Project management and cost management experience within a construction or real estate consultancy.
  • Programme management experience within real estate with blue-chip and commercial clients.
  • Experience running refurbishment or fit-out projects for commercial or blue-chip clients.
