Senior IT Programme Manager

Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions is seeking a talented Senior IT Programme Manager to lead high-impact initiatives, helping to shape the future of technology.

The Role

As a Senior IT Programme Manager, you will oversee large, complex technology programmes, ensuring their timely delivery, managing budgets, and meeting strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme management for large-scale Data & Technology initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring clear communication and resolving issues as they arise.

Manage programme budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with company-wide goals.

Drive teams to meet deadlines, solving roadblocks that might delay progress and ensuring consistent momentum.

Motivate and guide teams to maintain a performance-driven culture, keeping everyone aligned with programme objectives.

What We're Looking For

Extensive Programme Management Experience: A proven track record in managing large, complex Data & IT programmes, ideally within tech or digital transformation.

Stakeholder Management Expertise: Skilled at navigating relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all levels.

Financial Acumen: Strong background in managing budgets and ensuring financial accountability throughout the programme lifecycle.

Effective Communication: Ability to provide clear, concise responses, particularly in senior-level meetings, simplifying complex issues into actionable insights.

Team Leadership & Performance Management: Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, ensuring alignment with programme goals and high-performance delivery.
