About the Role

As a Host, you will be a key part of our Maître d' / Reception team, responsible for greeting and seating our Members within the restaurant or bar area, or escorting our Members to another part of the Club. Member recognition is crucial in this role, as is the ability to converse with our members and their guests in a warm and friendly way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat Members within the restaurant or bar area
  • Escort Members to another part of the Club
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for Members and their guests
  • Support the Maître d' to touch the tables throughout service

  • Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of both Members and colleagues
  • Good product knowledge across food and drinks
