Residential Support Advisor

Position Overview:
- Accountable for overseeing a diverse caseload of clients autonomously, with adaptable scheduling options.
- Operate from multiple sites to innovatively fulfill objectives for individuals facing intricate challenges.
- Acquire proficiency in addressing a range of issues such as housing instability, substance dependency, mental health concerns, adverse childhood experiences, and criminal behavior.
- Implement a trauma-informed methodology and partner with community organizations to deliver comprehensive assistance.
- Foster robust relationships and collaborations to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to connect and build rapport with clients.
- Awareness of various adversities including homelessness, substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence.
- Demonstrated resilience to navigate challenges effectively.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Prior experience in support roles or housing, with a solid understanding of housing alternatives and benefits.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
*Additional remuneration for on-call duties may be provided.
Hourly compensation available for relief shifts and overnight stays.
