Overview:
Network HR is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to assist a dynamic team of Recruitment Partners in managing their current workload. This role is designed to provide essential support and may evolve into a permanent position.
Position: Recruitment Coordinator - Temporary (with potential for permanence)
Location: London - Hybrid work model (3 days in office)
Compensation: Daily Rate: £150-180
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, both in-person and via phone.
- Manage bookings for internal meeting spaces.
- Engage with candidates, delivering feedback and addressing inquiries.
- Compile and monitor candidate feedback.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding recruitment processes.
- Facilitate offer approvals.
- Prepare New Hire Starter Packs.
- Handle invoice processing.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination, particularly in interview scheduling and job postings.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ATS usage.
- Strong initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
