Senior HR Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee relations case management, including complex disciplinaries and grievances
  • Leading on absence management cases
  • Leading on restructures and consultations
  • Visiting sites and working with line managers to identify employee issues and develop effective solutions
  • Contract updates and amendments
  • Policy writing
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Working with the administrative team to maintain employee databases
  • Taking notes at meetings and hearings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
