Job Description

**Product Data Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Coordinator to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. As a Product Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product data across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adding new product data to the Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Managing product data within the PIM system
  • Guiding distributors in the importing, classification, validation, and cleansing of their product data
  • Ensuring data governance processes are followed
  • Developing knowledge on how to fully use the PIM platform and assisting in its development in conjunction with the Marketing Team
  • Advising and training distributors on how to best import product data from the PIM system
  • Adding data to both the eBay and Amazon sales channels when required
  • Ensuring excellent customer service, productivity, and optimal use of the PIM platform for distributors in the UK and Europe
  • Supporting the development of data policies and procedures
  • Inputting into future developments of the PIM system
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and ways of working
Requirements:
  • Analytical with an exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team, as well as working on solo work streams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent in spoken English, with additional language skills an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills
