The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior CRM Manager to drive our lifecycle marketing efforts and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining CRM strategies, metrics, and customer journeys to increase user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to activate, retain, and grow our premium user base
  • Plan, build, and optimize high-performing CRM programs across email, push, and in-app messaging
  • Continuously improve user experience and key metrics through experimentation and data-driven decision making
  • Evaluate and report on CRM performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and new flows to enhance key metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading CRM strategies and delivering customer journeys for a subscription product
  • Ability to define CRM strategy and metrics to drive continual improvement
  • Expertise in building and analyzing user segments to reach users at the right time and channel
  • Strong understanding of drivers of retention, engagement, and customer revenue, and ability to design CRM programs to increase these actions
  • Broad experience in product marketing and campaign planning, with the ability to independently deliver CRM marketing programs
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Braze, Emarsys, Iterable, or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to report on lifecycle marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing multivariate tests to improve performance across the user lifecycle
