Our Advisory Team

We work across strategy, operations, and improvement, as well as at a transactional and defined project level. From technology to risk advisory, our team is expert in following through on top-level instructions and resolving the finer details – all in one straightforward package.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Transaction Services Director. As a key member of our advisory team, you'll work on some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on corporate finance matters.
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
  • Significant experience of working within a corporate finance department.
  • Proven track record of successful business development / winning in the market.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • For those involved in Capital Markets transactions, a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
