We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and manage engineering projects effectively. The successful candidate will be tasked with planning, budgeting, monitoring, executing, and supervising all facets of the project to ensure adherence to scope, timeline, financial parameters, and overall project direction throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and planning project scope and objectives
- Creating detailed schedules and sequencing project activities
- Identifying and managing project risks and challenges
- Tracking progress and providing updates on scope and budget
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinating project documentation and effective communication
- Assisting in the preparation of engineering drawings and designs
- Utilizing computer-aided design systems
- Ensuring that project outcomes align with client specifications
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least four years of experience in project engineering
- Familiarity with fabrication standards and methodologies
- Experience in the petrochemical or refinery sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication abilities
- Self-driven and capable of working under pressure
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the company's European headquarters
