Project Manager Job Description

At Zeeco, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall project management support, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering degree and 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Petrochemical and/or refinery background/experience.
  • Combustion background.
  • Site experience.
