Job Title: Advertising Producer

TM UK (Web) is seeking a highly skilled Advertising Producer to join our team. As an Advertising Producer, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality video content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior producers and creative teams to develop and implement video content strategies.
  2. Oversee the entire production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output and timely completion.
  3. Manage workflows and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless collaboration and approval processes.
  4. Supervise freelance and staff editors, providing guidance and creative vision to ensure exceptional results.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to create engaging and contemporary content.
  6. Occasionally travel to events and shoots to produce video content in the field.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or diploma in media studies or a related field, with a focus on video production.
  2. Experience in production management or producing, preferably for digital/social media platforms.
  3. Demonstrable experience in maintaining collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Broad knowledge of current production styles and techniques.
  5. Excellent understanding of the industry and its trends.
  6. Highly motivated, organized, creative, and ambitious, with a keen eye for detail.
Desirable:
  1. UK driving license.
  2. Ability to travel.
  3. Production exposure in roles such as scriptwriting, directing, camera, audio, editing, or motion graphics.
