Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively supervise pupils in the dining room, playground, and throughout the school premises during lunchtime.
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all pupils, promoting social skills and positive relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  • Assist with the implementation of our school's behavior management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and understanding when working with pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities.
