We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with SEN children on a 1:1 basis at a supportive and welcoming Primary School in the Southport area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and patient individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with ASD in a 1:1 setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach
