As a vital member of our healthcare division, you will ensure that the administrative team is effectively supported, enabling the delivery of exceptional care to all individuals.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00.
Compensation
In this full-time role, you will receive a competitive annual salary, commensurate with your experience, up to £27,000.

Key Responsibilities
As our new Lead Administrative Officer, your duties will include:
- Serving as the primary contact for the administrative team, reporting directly to the onsite Data Lead
- Overseeing the administrative team and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks
- Contributing to the provision of administrative services to the healthcare team, engaging in daily operations as necessary
- Collaborating within a dynamic team environment, managing various administrative responsibilities, utilizing IT systems, and maintaining essential databases

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in an administrative role; senior or leadership experience is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for growth
- Familiarity with SystmOne or ERS is preferred
