We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our global team. As a key member of our HR Systems team, you will be responsible for managing the HR Systems inbox, configuring and testing system improvements within Success Factors, and providing reports to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR Systems inbox, respond to queries, and investigate potential causes of issues within our HR Systems.
  • Provide regular reports to the business, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Support end-users of reports, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Participate in testing of system improvements and other related projects, providing feedback on potential issues and documenting findings.
  • Provide updates on issue resolution progress in the weekly HR Systems and IT meeting.
  • Support and participate in any HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct data quality checks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data.
Requirements
  • Success Factors configuration experience.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Customer service focus, with a commitment to delivering excellent service to our end-users.
  • Delivery-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
