Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HR Systems inbox: Respond to queries and investigate potential causes of issues within our HR Systems.
- Provide regular reports: Deliver timely and accurate reports to the business, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Support end users: Provide assistance and guidance to end users of reports, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Participate in testing: Collaborate with the team to test system improvements and other related projects, identifying potential issues and providing feedback.
- Document findings: Record and document test results, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Communicate progress: Update the team on issue resolution progress in the weekly HR Systems and IT meeting.
- Support HR system projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR system projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct data quality checks: Regularly review and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- Success Factors configuration experience: Proven experience in configuring and managing Success Factors systems.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
- Good written and spoken English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Team player and self-motivated: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
