  • Support end users: Provide assistance and guidance to end users of reports, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Participate in testing: Collaborate with the team to test system improvements and other related projects, identifying potential issues and providing feedback.
  • Document findings: Record and document test results, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate progress: Update the team on issue resolution progress in the weekly HR Systems and IT meeting.
  • Support HR system projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR system projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct data quality checks: Regularly review and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

  • Success Factors configuration experience: Proven experience in configuring and managing Success Factors systems.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Good written and spoken English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
