About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager E Commerce Operations to lead our global e-commerce operations team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations globally, including managing multiple fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
  • Lead and develop a team of e-commerce operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce operations.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective e-commerce operations.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive cost savings and increased throughput.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics partners and suppliers.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on e-commerce operations performance and key initiatives.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and team leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
