Job Title: Sales Account Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Smart 10 Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through various sales techniques and platforms
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales
  • Account manage existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Continuously build industry knowledge of products, materials, and design features
  • Understand competitors, their products, and unique selling points (USPs)
  • Input data into the CRM system to track sales performance and customer interactions
  • Prepare weekly and/or monthly sales reports to inform business decisions
  • Engage with and help develop the Company's sales strategy for retail display

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years' sales experience in a similar industry
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales performance
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales
  • Proficient in lead generation via various channels, including social media and email marketing
  • Ability to self-generate high-value customer leads to ensure target customer profile mix is achieved
  • Network effectively with potential new customers to develop relationships and business opportunities
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, new products, customer needs, and business opportunities
  • Sales forecasting to overcome seasonality and ensure continuous business activity
  • Attend trade exhibitions to generate new sales leads and follow up where appropriate
  • Make presentations to clients to maximise commercial potential
  • Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules, and manage customer expectations
  • Ability to manage own workload, including prioritisation and organisation of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of the exhibition industry and associated trends
  • Experience in the process of design and development of creative manufactured solutions
  • Understanding of the customer decision-making process and ability to articulate a value proposition to increase growth and new business wins
  • Experience of selling products or services to corporate and independent companies, brands, B2B service providers
