Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve project goals.
  3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to minimize potential losses.
  6. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.

Requirements

  1. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or CEng are highly desirable.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
