Job Description:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects, from smaller refurbishment work to multi-million-pound full life cycle projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
