Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join our award-winning Dispute Resolution department. As a Senior Commercial Partner, you will be responsible for advising on a full range of contentious matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, and representing clients in High Court litigation and international and domestic arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial and corporate disputes, including High Court litigation and international and domestic arbitration
  • Represent clients in High Court litigation and international and domestic arbitration
  • Supervise and delegate work to junior solicitors
  • Work closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities
  • Expand the dynamic team by continuing to develop a portable client following

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years post-qualification experience from a national law firm
  • Strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes from inception to resolution
  • Demonstrated success in progressing litigation, arbitration, and ADR
  • Strong academic profile
