To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in software delivery management and experience leading projects using iterative/agile development methods. - Proven experience in leading project delivery, preferably in software projects using agile or iterative methodologies.
- Strong communication and networking skills to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners.
- A positive, adaptable attitude, resilient, and eager to accept new challenges in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including standard applications.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Project/Product Lifecycles.
- Exposure to Open-Source Software.
- Awareness of Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
