Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Fareham, Hampshire (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
Interview Process: One stage interview process
Working Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM and 9:30AM - 6:00PM

Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist looking to make a difference in the tech landscape? Join IO Associates and collaborate with dedicated professionals to define security requirements and mitigate risks associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of our services.

The successful candidate will address all IT-related challenges, providing effective solutions and escalating issues to our advanced support teams when necessary. You will also document service disruptions in our ticketing system, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a foundational understanding of IT support and infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. As this is a developmental role, a commitment to learning and enhancing your skills is essential.
  • Manage and prioritize IT support requests as required.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets within the agreed timelines and in line with established procedures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive records, processes, and documentation related to IT services.
  • Comply with all company policies, including Change & Release, Configuration, and Security protocols.
  • Monitor IT systems and report any alerts according to policy guidelines.
  • Ensure the security of network services in accordance with organizational standards.
