About the Role

Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Children's Mental Health Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) within our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of accessible services for children, young people, and their families experiencing mental health problems.
  • Provide clinical supervision to professionals working with children and young people experiencing mental health problems.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective multiagency services.
  • Chair regular team meetings and attend the Senior CAMHS Business meeting on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and develop work streams, RTT, evaluation, and monitoring requirements.
  • Ensure professional engagement with partner agencies in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of effective multiagency services.
