Children's Mental Health Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Pathway Manager to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to children and young people aged 0-19.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams and developing accessible services. You will be passionate about improving children and young people's mental health and wellbeing, and have a deep understanding of the system of health, social care, education, and third sector for children and families.
As a Clinical Pathway Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality CAMHS services
- Developing and implementing effective clinical pathways for children and young people
- Working closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring and evaluating service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Providing clinical supervision and support to staff
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
