About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a key member of our Entertainment Team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering our most exciting event experiences across the operational calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Team to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Develop and implement event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and present financial data via a comprehensive budget tracker
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety best practices and undertake risk assessments
  • Oversee the Entertainment Duty Manager role, ensuring the highest standard of entertainment offerings
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event operations, preferably in a theme park setting
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confident communicator with internal colleagues and external contractors
  • Awareness of the LEGO brand and passion for elevating existing experiences with innovative ideas
