Event Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a key member of the Resort Entertainment Team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-volume events across the operational calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment management, and prop organization
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop and implement event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and track financial data
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety best practices and conduct risk assessments
  • Oversee the Entertainment Duty Manager role, ensuring the highest standard of entertainment offerings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event management, preferably in a theme park setting
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confident communicator with internal colleagues and external contractors
  • Awareness of the LEGO brand and passion for innovative ideas
