Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Physiotherapist Specialist in Community. You will be working closely with our experienced team to assess, manage, and provide treatment to a caseload of service users with complex and/or multiple needs.

Main Duties
  • Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and provide therapeutic diagnoses
  • Implement agreed treatment plans, including the treatment of complex service users with multiple pathologies
  • Provide individual or group therapy as appropriate to setting
  • Develop programmes of care to support discharge from service
  • Record, maintain, and store accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation
  • Communicate outcomes of assessments/intervention to appropriate disciplines
Requirements
  • Degree in physiotherapy
  • HCPC registered
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS
  • Experience of working in a community setting
