About the Role

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days of on-site work in Glasgow and the remaining days to be worked remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and project schedules to meet customer expectations and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present a professional approach in customer communications to build strong relationships with customer contacts and business users.
  • Drive additional value from projects through variations and follow-on work.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activity to develop high-quality, achievable proposals.
  • Effectively manage, motivate, and communicate with project managers and teams to ensure everyone has a clear role and set of responsibilities.
  • Define program governance and controls to ensure consistency in project delivery.
