Requirements

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a midwifery setting, with a strong understanding of antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care.
  • NMC Registered Midwife (Band 6) with a strong commitment to professional development and continuing education.
  • Basic Adult and Newborn Life Support certification, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
  • Teaching and mentoring experience, with the ability to support and develop the skills of colleagues.
  • Competent in cannulation and other relevant clinical procedures.
