GP Opportunity in Malvern Hills

This is a unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, supportive GP Training practice in the idyllic backdrop of the Malvern Hills.

The clinical workload is exceptionally light, with a maximum of 25 patient contacts per day, and the duty day is also unusually light, with an average of 10-30 patient contacts per day. The practice offers 2 administrative sessions per month for GPs working 5+ sessions, or 1 administrative session for GPs working 4 sessions or less.

There is a medium-longer term opportunity for Partnership, too, for GPs keen on career progression.

Salary and Benefits

Your Role

  • 4 sessions per week (Tuesday + Friday)
  • One monthly administrative session
  • Daily coffee break during morning clinic
  • Very reasonable clinical workload of 25 patients per day
  • Low administrative burden – circa 50 scripts/documents per day, 30 results/day
  • Minimal home visits – 1 per week per GP, on average
  • Using EMIS Clinical system
