Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and operational teams to establish and achieve team objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and effectively deliver strategic objectives at the local site level.
- Provide expert advice across all levels of the organization to uphold the highest standards of SHE management in alignment with our policies.
- Lead the development and execution of local SHE delivery plans.
- Coach, support, and develop individuals and teams to take ownership of SHE matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in the food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of ISO-type management systems.
- A current full driving license.
- A NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
