Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and operational teams to establish and achieve team objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and effectively deliver strategic objectives at the local site level.
  • Provide expert advice across all levels of the organization to uphold the highest standards of SHE management in alignment with our policies.
  • Lead the development and execution of local SHE delivery plans.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of ISO-type management systems.
  • A current full driving license.
  • A NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
