Full Job Description Bradcare is seeking to recruit a Care Services Coordinator to support the growth of the organization.

Role Overview: The Care Services Coordinator will oversee and assist with the scheduling of care staff, manage office administrative duties to facilitate the daily operations at Bradcare, and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the South Derbyshire region. The primary objective will be to ensure that the needs of our clients are fulfilled, enabling them to maintain their independence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of the workforce with both company and regulatory standards
  • Participate in the on-call escalation rota
  • Carry out daily tasks to guarantee high-quality service delivery to clients and staff
  • Maintain internal software systems with up-to-date information
  • Conduct audits of internal systems to verify data accuracy
  • Provide support to team members as required


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience with care plans
  • Familiarity with rostering software systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of home care and care services
  • Experience in recruitment or health and social care
  • Pragmatic approach and a positive attitude
  • Driving license is not mandatory

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in care provision (required)
  • At least 1 year in an office environment
  • 1 year in administrative roles
