About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Fund Controller to join our Global Private Markets Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing back-office and financial control support services across complex real estate funds and mandates investing on a continental European and global basis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Fund Controllers to meet key deliverables, including sending supporting documentation to service providers.
  2. Support AML/KYC processes and engage with the Tax Structuring team in terms of funding split (equity/IC loan).
  3. Assist with funding activities, including liquidity planning, organising capital calls, and preparing board meeting documentation.
  4. Prepare drawdown notices and set up payments in online banking systems.
  5. Support lending bank covenant reporting and client standard/bespoke financial reporting.
  6. Assist with bank account set-up and treasury sheet maintenance.
  7. Prepare files summarising fund metrics (PDCT) and perform payment setup using various online banking platforms.
  8. Provide audit support.
About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, a keen analytical mindset, and excellent attention to detail. Self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships are essential. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written), are also required.
