Assistant Fund Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Fund Controller to join our Global Private Markets Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing back-office and financial control support services across complex real estate funds and mandates investing on a continental European and global basis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Fund Controllers to meet key deliverables, including sending supporting documentation to service providers.
- Support AML/KYC processes and engage with the Tax Structuring team in terms of funding split (equity/IC loan).
- Assist with funding activities, including liquidity planning, organising capital calls, and preparing board meeting documentation.
- Prepare drawdown notices and set up payments in online banking systems.
- Support lending bank covenant reporting and client standard/bespoke financial reporting.
- Assist with bank account set-up and treasury sheet maintenance.
- Prepare files summarising fund metrics (PDCT) and perform payment setup using various online banking platforms.
- Provide audit support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, a keen analytical mindset, and excellent attention to detail. Self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships are essential. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written), are also required.
