Chief People Officer

At TeacherActive, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People Officer to lead our human resources function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ensure that we attract top-tier talent and provide opportunities for growth and career development.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that reflects our core values.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of internal and external e-learning solutions and the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide leadership on Learning and Development initiatives and delivery of training programmes to enhance employee onboarding, skills, and career development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in organisational design and workforce planning to support business growth and ensure our structure and processes support our business objectives.
  • Implement effective change management strategies.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs that motivate and reward employees and attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach HR team members, senior leaders, and managers across the organisation to enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance.
