Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and effective management to drive the mission, development, and impact of SCCT.
  • Work closely with the Board of Trustees, employees, and local community organisations to lead SCCT in fulfilling its objectives.
  • Support the management of SCCT's investments, including properties and an investment portfolio.
  • Ambassadorial leadership of the charity in the community.
Requirements:
  • Experience working at a senior level in a Charity, Social Housing, or non-profit organisation.
  • Knowledge of high-level project delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of financial management, budgeting, and fiscal responsibility.
  • A passion for SCCT's objectives and a commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
