Job Title: Head of IT Transformation

Role Overview

As the Head of IT Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading the modernisation of the organisation's IT systems, driving a comprehensive shift to a next-generation infrastructure. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and agility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic IT transformation plan that aligns with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, implementation, and maintenance of next-generation IT systems.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Ensure the effective management of IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure the organisation is receiving the best possible service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT transformation, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
