Job Title: Head of IT Transformation

Department: IT

Role Overview

As the Head of IT Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading the modernisation of the organisation's IT systems, driving a comprehensive shift to a next-generation technology platform. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a strategic IT transformation plan that aligns with the organisation's business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of IT professionals to design, implement, and maintain the organisation's IT systems.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise IT projects that drive business value.
  4. Ensure the effective management of IT budgets and resources.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure the organisation's IT needs are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
