We are excited to announce a newly established position for a Maximo Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximo Configuration: Proficient in supporting the Maximo Asset Management system.
  • Installation & Configuration: Experience in the installation and configuration of Maximo applications.
  • Data Management: Involvement with data feeds and automation scripts.
  • Integration: Expertise in Maximo integration processes.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Focus on improving user interactions with the system.
  • Testing: Conducting thorough testing of Maximo applications.
  • Reporting: Generating insightful reports.
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server).
  • Licensing Services: Experience with application licensing services.
  • Change Management: Solid understanding of IT change management processes and principles.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and external vendors.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization.
  • Multi-tasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and adapting to rapidly changing circumstances.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Documentation: Proven skills in documentation.
