We are seeking highly motivated and talented undergraduate students to join our Research and Development function as part of our prestigious placement programme. As an analytical science placement student, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your skills in data analysis, and contribute to innovative research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate automated workflows for mass spectrometry-based non-targeted analysis
  • Design and implement programmes for analysing and interpreting complex spectral data
  • Collaborate with experienced scientists in the planning, design, and conduct of laboratory experiments
  • Develop and optimise analytical methods for various applications
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Forensic Science, or a related discipline
  • Basic knowledge of mass spectrometry and data analysis
  • Experience with Python or R programming languages
