About the Role
Penguin Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy in the South East region on the hire of a Director of Strategic Development. This is a permanent position with part-time and full-time options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Join a team of 20 professionals servicing the South East region and work on various projects, including major residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.
- Contribute to the development of complex projects and winning new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and contacts, and collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice to clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a proven track record in strategic development and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property development industry and be able to think strategically.
