About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at KYN. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Experience: Support the Home Manager in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, consistently delivering an exceptional experience for our residents and their families.
  • Administration: Manage day-to-day home administration duties, including admission and enquiry paperwork, updating and maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
  • Finance and Reporting: Support the Home Manager and Head Office Finance team with tasks such as producing admission paperwork, updating income processing, and managing resident payments.
  • People and Culture: Support the Head Office People and Culture team with tasks such as managing Workable, creating rosters, and producing hours and exception reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within a care home or 5-star hospitality venue.
  • Professional with a hands-on approach, proven track record of delivering and maintaining standards at the highest level.
  • Observant with the ability to anticipate residents' needs and adapt service style to engage with each individual resident and their families.
  • Patient with the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Organized with strong communication and influencing skills, an approachable manner, and an eye for detail.
