Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship to the kitchen team, enhancing their skills in culinary techniques, hygiene practices, and operational protocols.
  • Supervise all facets of food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and prompt service.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations by maintaining rigorous food safety and kitchen procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and report any malfunctioning or damaged kitchen equipment to management.
  • Collaborate with the Chef Manager in the preparation and creation of diverse dishes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel and work across various locations in Great Britain.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage challenging discussions.
  • Proven track record of success in a comparable position.
