This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand, where you will be responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and maintenance of their CRM platform.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless data integration, campaign execution, and optimisation of their CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the technical expert of their CRM platform, ensuring efficient day-to-day operation and integration with other marketing and data systems
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to understand team/business requirements and translate them into technically sound solutions within the CRM platform
  • Collaborate with wider business areas, including Data, Product, and App teams, to develop solutions for customer-integrated approaches for CRM marketing
  • Develop and optimise personalised message templates, content blocks, and other reusable components to streamline campaign creation and consistency
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights and actions to optimise customer engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Technical Executive with extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and web template development
  • Previous experience with SDKs, APIs, web services, and data integration techniques
