We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Lead Sales Account Executive to join a prominent player in the event management and logistics sector.
Compensation: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Flexible Work Arrangement
Location: Leeds
This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about the events industry and possesses a knack for building relationships. The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing and expanding sales by identifying potential clients and securing contracts for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming sales inquiries and cultivate relationships with current clients.
- Reconnect with previous clients to explore new opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new leads and generate business through various sales techniques.
- Establish new business connections by representing the organization at networking functions and attending client meetings.
- Manage personal schedule effectively.
- Prepare proposals that align with client needs.
- Review weekly sales performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven sales experience in the events sector is essential.
- Experience with a comparable event management company is preferred.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- A positive and proactive mindset.
- Ability to respond courteously and promptly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
