Customer Sales Advisor

Compensation:
£23,500 (increases to £24,000 after 6 months, and £26,500 after 1 year)

On-Target Earnings:
£50,000+

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, within the following schedule:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm, with occasional Saturdays from 9am-5pm

ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Engaging with customers via telephone
- Conducting meaningful discussions regarding our exceptional offerings
- Representing our organization and recommending the most suitable packages for clients
- Establishing strong relationships with all customers
- Delivering straightforward and honest assistance

ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact center setting
- Background in inbound/outbound sales or customer retention
- A strong passion for sales
- Excellent communication abilities
